What do I need to make a purchase?
When you’re searching for your prescribed brand of contact lenses, make sure you have the following information.
Your contact lens prescription, including your base curve (B.C.) Diameter (Dia.), expiry date, and prescribed brand. Not sure how to read your prescription? See Guide.
Simply refer to your current contact lens packaging and enter the necessary information.
What are the expiry dates of the contact lenses?
The expiry dates of the contact lenses vary depending on the brand. They usually vary from 2 years to 5 years.
How long does it take my contact lenses to ship?
We stock most of the popular products, they should be shipped within 2–3 business days and will arrive within the time estimate provided by your chosen shipping method.
Some products, including toric/astigmatism, RGP, and multifocal lenses are custom orders through the manufacturer. Production times are listed on product pages.
How do I track my order and shipment?
When your order ships, you will be sent an email confirmation which includes a tracking number and instructions for how to track your order online.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Some countries may charge import duties or other local charges. This is a local government charge and we have no control over this. It is your responsibility to pay for any of these fees.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy on all products from your delivery date. We provide free returns on all of our products.
Contact lenses must be returned in unopened, unmarked and unused condition. Returns or exchanges may be denied, in very rare circumstances, based on the nature of prior transactions.
How do I return my contact lenses?
Contact our customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) in advance, we will provide you with a specific returns address for return.
When will I get my refund?
Your applicable refund will be applied back into the original account 1-2 weeks after the order has been received and processed at our facility.
